This area contains information about and links to the various Law courses/programs available at Charles Darwin University and the units/subjects that must be completed.
The link below is to the courses and programs area of the official CDU website which is the definitive version.
- Courses/programs
- Units/subjects – go to “course structure” tab in the degree program/course of your choice accessed via the link immediately above.
- Subject/unit selection – Be sure to peruse carefully and follow as far as possible the unit selection and order set out under the “study plan” tab. In general terms you should study “100″ level units (e.g. LWZ100A etc) before “200″ level” units (e.g. LWZ202) and “300″ level units (e.g. LWZ317) once you have completed or almost completed the “200″ level units.
- Generally you should not begin studying elective units until approximately your fourth semester of full-time study (or equivalent).
- You may be able to vary this order in some circumstances but you should always discuss your situation with a course co-ordinator before enrolling in units whose order differs substantially from that set out in the “study plan” for your degree program.
